Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the I'M Pay website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Inspire Holdings Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, downloading the app, registering for an account, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Account Registration and Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Safeguard your passcode and Transaction PIN
- Complete KYC when required
- Maintain only one personal account
- Notify us immediately at support@impay.com of unauthorized access

Coming Soon / Partner-Dependent
Bills payment, mobile load, bank transfers, cash-in/out via partners, savings, cards, and borrow services may appear as Coming Soon until partnerships and approvals are complete. We do not guarantee availability dates.
Transactions
Confirmed transfers and QR payments may be final and non-reversible. Limits apply based on verification level. Fees are disclosed before confirmation.
Fees and Charges
Applicable fees are shown in the app or on the website before you complete a transaction and may change as disclosed.
Refer & Earn and My Points
Rewards are subject to campaign rules, eligibility requirements, anti-fraud restrictions, and our right to adjust or cancel programs. Rewards program details.
User Responsibilities
Use the Service lawfully. Do not commit fraud, money laundering, identity misuse, create duplicate accounts, or engage in security abuse.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts for violations, risk concerns, or legal requirements. You may request account closure via support@impay.com.
Intellectual Property
All I'M Pay content and software are owned by Inspire Holdings Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.
Privacy

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine courts after good-faith efforts to resolve them directly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the app, website, email, or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
