Bank transfer from impay
In the impay app, you can send funds to a local bank account using Bank Transfer. You can start from Services or the Cards tab on Home.
To a local bank
- Open Services and tap Bank Transfer under Essential Transfers (or use Bank Transfer from your Cards dashboard).
- Select a partner bank and enter the transfer details and amount.
- Review the summary and confirm with your passcode. Processing times depend on the bank and may require admin approval.
Send to another impay user
To move money to another impay account, go to Services → Send, pick a recipient from Recipients, enter the amount, and confirm.
