How do I update my profile information?

Go to Settings → Personal Information to update your name, phone, date of birth, and country. Some fields may require verification before they change.

How do I change my email or phone number?

Open Settings → Personal Information and edit your details. You may need to verify the new email or phone with a code we send you.

How do I reset my password?

On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your registered email. Follow the link or code in your email to set a new password.

How do I change my passcode?

Go to Settings → Change Passcode, enter your current passcode if asked, then create a new 4-digit passcode.

What personal data does impay collect?

We collect information needed to operate your account, such as identity details for verification, contact information, and transaction records. See our Privacy Policy in Settings for full details.

Who can see my account or transaction details?

Only you can access your account when signed in. We do not share your personal or transaction data with other users. Staff access is limited and governed by our privacy policies.

How do I manage notifications?

Open Settings → Notifications to turn alerts on or off for transfers, security, and promotions. You can also adjust permissions in your device settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account and follow the steps. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone. Contact support if you need help before deleting.

How is my personal information protected?

We use encryption, secure sign-in, and identity checks to protect your data. Never share your password, OTP, or passcode with anyone, including people claiming to be support.

I think someone accessed my account. What should I do?

Change your password and passcode immediately, sign out of other devices if possible, and contact support. Review recent activity in Transaction History and report anything you do not recognize.
