How do I create an impay account?

Download the app, tap Create Account, and complete registration with your personal details, password, and email verification.

How do I verify my email address?

After sign-up, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email on the verification screen, or tap the link in the email we sent you.

What do I need for identity verification (KYC)?

Prepare a valid government-issued ID, a clear selfie, and personal details that match your ID. Follow the in-app steps to submit them.

How do I set up a passcode?

After logging in, go to Settings → Change Passcode and create a 4-digit passcode for faster, secure access.

I'm new and cannot log in. Where do I start?

Check that you verified your email and entered the correct password. Tap Forgot Password if needed. Finish sign-up steps here or contact support if something is still missing.

How do I send money for the first time?

Open Transfer from the Dashboard, enter the recipient and amount, review the details, and confirm with your passcode. For bank transfers, see Billing & Payments in Help Center.

How do I set up my wallet for the first time?

After sign-up, verify your email, complete identity verification if prompted, and set a passcode. Open the Dashboard to view your wallet and explore Deposit and Transfer when you are ready.

What should I complete before my first deposit or transfer?

Confirm your email is verified, finish KYC if required, and set a passcode. When you are ready to add funds, open Billing & Payments in Help Center for deposit options.

What security basics should I set up as a new user?

Use a strong password, enable your passcode, and never share OTP codes. For changing your passcode or privacy settings, see Account & Privacy in Help Center.
