Open your device's app store, search for impay, and tap Update. Keeping the app updated fixes bugs and improves security.

My transfer failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

Check Transaction History for the status. If it shows failed or pending, wait a few minutes. If it remains wrong, save the reference number and contact support.

I am not receiving push notifications. How can I fix this?

Go to Settings → Notifications and turn alerts on. Also enable notification permissions for impay in your device settings.

We never ask for your password, OTP, or passcode by message or call. Do not click unknown links. Use only the official app and contact support if unsure.
