How do I get started with impay?

Download the app, create an account, verify your email, and complete identity verification if prompted. Then use the Dashboard to deposit, transfer, or view your wallet.

How do I contact customer support?

Open Help & Support from Settings, browse FAQs by topic, or tap Contact Support to reach our team.

When is customer support available?

Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (PHT). We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.

How do I find help for a specific topic?

In Help Center, choose a category such as Getting Started, Billing & Payments, Account & Privacy, or Technical Issues. Each section has FAQs for common questions.

Is impay safe to use?

Yes. We use secure sign-in, passcode protection, identity verification, and monitoring to help keep your account and transactions safe.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language. The app will update menus and messages accordingly.

Are there fees for deposits or transfers?

Fees depend on the transaction type and funding method. Review the amount summary on the Deposit or Transfer screen before you confirm.

I see an error message I do not understand. What should I do?

Note the exact message, check your internet connection, and try again. If it continues, open Technical Issues in Help Center or contact support with a screenshot.

Where can I read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

Go to Settings → Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to read them anytime. We recommend reviewing these when you create your account.
